The Role Weare seeking an International Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our global presence. This position combines creativity with strategic thinking, where you will be responsible for translating and interpreting key documents, identifying strategic partnerships, and overseeing animation production timelines. If you are a bilingual Japanese & English speaking professional who has worked in English speaking countries before, this role could be a fit for you. What you’ll be working on: ● Provide accurate translation and interpretation of documents, emails, and other materials between Japanese and English. ● Ensure clear communication and understanding between international stakeholders. ● Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market reach through strategic partnerships and collaborations. ● Managethe licensing of the intellectual properties (IPs). ● Facilitate communication between the company and IP owners for effective IP management. ● Oversee animation production timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. |

| 応募条件 |
Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field. ● At least 4-6 years of experience in marketing or business development roles, ideally within multicultural environments. ● Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English is required. ● Proven ability to manage cross-cultural projects and partnerships. ● Strong project planning and project execution skills ● Prior experience in the anime industry and/or managing the licensing of intellectual properties is a nice to have ● Ableto be contracted with Kasagi Labo Japan and can cover local taxes and insurances |
