| 仕事内容 |
Lead and manage flagship store operations, reflecting the brand's vision and strategic direction, while providing leadership and management at the highest level. Description * Implement action plans to maximise product performance and activate business using VMD, training, and operational knowledge. * Improve customer satisfaction through operational efficiency and issue resolution in the repair department. * Support store managers with market knowledge, competition analysis, and understanding customer needs. * Propose innovative ideas and opportunities to enhance performance and predict future performance by analysing relevant KPIs. Profile * Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brand or retail sales/management. * Proficient in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluent in English (preferred).
