仕事内容	Lead all aspects of Japan's assortment planning and procurement execution for the DTC business, collaborating with Teva Japan's Merchandising Manager to ensure disciplined, consistent, and sustainable approaches for DTC growth. Description * Develop and execute profitable DTC growth strategies while maintaining appropriate style/SKU numbers. * Lead seasonal assortment planning for Japan's DTC channels, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and financial goals. * Monitor in-season performance and identify opportunities for optimization across retail channels. * Manage product allocation across all channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient inventory management. Profile * 3+ years of merchandising or related experience in footwear & apparel brands. * Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel data analysis and DTC business.
