仕事内容 |
You'll handle a range of passenger services including reservations, ticket sales, and passenger operations with efficiency and warmth, managing tasks such as fare calculation, ticket issuance, and post-flight documentation, while also coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless passenger experiences and supporting operational management through reporting and registration of financial information. Description * Handle Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations. * Calculate fares, arrange routes, and provide schedule and fare information. * Ensure seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey, including check-in and manifest preparation. * Warmly welcome passengers upon aircraft arrival and facilitate smooth communication between various stakeholders. * Prepare flight documents accurately, place catering orders, and maintain comprehensive flight records. * Coordinate lost baggage procedures and follow compensation processes when necessary. * Register operational information in relevant IT systems. Profile * Experience in aviation or hospitality industry. * Willingness to work at Narita Airport. * Native-level Japanese (N1) and fluency in English.
