仕事内容	A leading intimate apparel company seeks an experienced E-Commerce Specialist for their Tokyo office to oversee the E-Commerce site operations, focusing on sales planning, inventory control, promotion strategies, web page management, and consumer satisfaction initiatives. Description * Develop sales plans and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. * Monitor and optimize inventory levels for efficiency. * Plan and execute promotions, including digital marketing campaigns and email newsletters. * Manage relationships with internet advertising vendors. * Oversee the creative process and management of the E-Commerce website. * Schedule and deliver email newsletters. * Analyze web data to evaluate site performance and campaign effectiveness. * Collaborate with IT to address system issues and enhancements. * Identify areas for improvement to enhance consumer satisfaction. Profile * Prior experience in web promotion, E-Commerce administration, and digital advertising vendor management. * Strong background in B2C retail, particularly in the internet (online shop) sector. * Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce marketplace business. * Proficiency in organizing PDCA processes aligned with marketing calendars. * Familiarity with E-Commerce systems like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and marketing automation. * Minimum of 5 years of business experience and 3 years of internet business experience. * Fluent in Japanese, with JLPT N1 certification or native-level proficiency.
