PRIVACY POLICY ON DAIJOB SITE

As an online job board dealing with personal information related to recruiting and applications, Daijob.com will respect its users’ privacy and ensure that they can apply to positions online safely and in a manner in which they so chose. Daijob employees will strive to protect users’ personal information based on Daijob’s “Principles for Protecting Personal Information”, the internal corporate guidelines utilized for the handling of personal information.

    3. Miscellaneous (Surveys and competitions) - Daijob, Inc. collects the necessary personal information entered by users themselves upon participating in user surveys and competitions.

  6. The purpose and the domain of usage of personal information:
    1. To provide support services to job seekers - personal information such as resumes and one’s application history are stored on Daijob’s database for the purpose of supporting users find jobs.
    2. Identification purpose - personal information, such as email addresses, are used for personal identification purposes which may be needed to ensure users benefit properly from Daijob’s services.
      In addition, personal information will be used to identify individuals to answer enquiries and to respond to requests regarding personal information such as to disclose, edit, delete and stop providing the information to any third party through Daijob.
    3. To provide recruitment information - personal information will be used for the purpose of providing recruiting information from Daijob.
    4. Email newsletter subscription - upon subscribing to email newsletters, information such as username and email address will be collected. These are used only for the purpose of sending email newsletters from Daijob.
    5. Surveys and competitions - personal information collected through surveys, competitions and test sessions may be disclosed to the related third party, such as sponsors, based on the purposes clearly mentioned upfront and with users consent. Sponsors may use this information for marketing or other said purposes. Daijob, Inc. is not responsible for how those companies use such information.


  7. Disclosing and providing information to third parties

  10. In the following circumstances, the parties below are not classified as a third party:
    1. When Daijob, Inc. outsources the management of personal information to an external group/organization with the purpose of supporting users with the job searching process.

  12. Daijob, Inc. will not disclose personal information to any third party without users’ consent. However, if disclosure is legally requested by the state, local government, court, police or any other organizations that are legally authorized to do so, Daijob, Inc. may disclose personal information without users’ consent.

  14. From time to time Daijob, Inc. will process user information to obtain statistical data. Such statistical data will not contain any personal information which may lead to the identification of any given individual.
