Job Description As a Support Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing your sales team, which consists of support sales specialists from Asia Pacific and Japan region, to successfully achieve the sales goals by mobilizing the team with business tasks. You will lead the sales team to sustain existing customers as well as acquire new customers. You will need to be aware of business opportunities, and succeed in business negotiations. You will expand your sales team to grow with HP as it expands from acquisitions.

You will be reporting to APJ Software Support Director, and work with sales specialists in remote offices. You will create a working environment to support your team to fully realize their abilities and strengths. You will ensure continuous training is implemented to create a high performing team. You will need to forecast accurate order and sales periodically, and plan for improvement in sales results and sales efficiency when needed. You will hold responsibility for customer satisfaction. All problems/claims regarding support sales will be escalated to you. You will also cooperate with Country Sales Managers and Operating Managers in APJ region in areas such as SW licensing and support sales strategy compliance.

Qualifications · Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Management, and/or Marketing.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as IT sales manager for client enterprises and best practice.
· Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
· Skilled in building relationships and teamwork.
