1996年6月1日に ニューヨークし、マンハッタン 44丁目、5番街と6番街（Avenue of the Americas)の間の汚いビルの６階に事務所を開設して以来、１１年を迎えることが出来ました（現在はニューヨーク５番街、市立図書館前のビル、最上階に世界本部を移転）。これもご利用頂いている皆様のおかげです。この間に全米18箇所の拠点に加え、東京オフィスの合計19箇所のネットワークとなりました。これからはますます求人・求職活動が国際化していくと予想されますので、近いうちにアメリカ・日本にヨーロッパ（パリ＆デュッセルドルフ）を加えた国際ネットワークに拡張いたします。
大手人材サービス会社の駐在員としてニューヨークに勤務していた1２年前、人材ビジネスが最も進んでいるここアメリカでこのビジネスをより極めたいと独立を決意。その理由として、進歩するコンピュータ・ネットワーク・インターネットなどの情報通信の環境は我々の人材ビジネス業界にも大きな変化をもたらすことを確信したからでした。
この分野（人材ビジネス＆情報通信技術）において世界で最も進んでいるアメリカにいることにより、常に利用して頂く皆様のさまざまなニーズへの対応レベルを高めていくことは、ますますグローバル化し、そしてローカル化していくビジネス社会に大変に重要で、かつ意義の有る仕事であります。他産業と比べてまだまだ未熟な人材産業ですが、実験的でもある弊社のビジネスを通じて社会貢献を果たしていけることを信じております。

We have just celebrated our 10th anniversary at Interesse International Inc. on June 1st, 2006. I would like to thank each one of our applicants, who have supported us through the years. It is our goal to satisfy all of our applicants by meeting your individual needs. Each employee at interesse, including myself, will continue to satisfy your job desires and needs in the coming years.
I have mixed emotions about the past 10 years. It seems the time has passed incredibly fast, but so slow at the same time. I established Interesse International Inc. on June 1st, 1996, after first working for my previous empoyer in Japan, Europe and New York. (During these years, twice in Europe as ex-pat, and three times in New York.) The reason why I established this company was: "To challenge my own questions about life."
I recall my early years, after graduating from school and as I entered into my first job, as being satisfied to be a part of society, belonging to a company. If I was to continue my life in Japan, it's quite possible that I would still feel the same way. But having the opportunity to explore the world, 3 times as a business man and two years as a student in Germany, I had the chance to live in a totally different society and communicate with many different people. This life opportunity gave me a different mentality from ordinary Japanese society. I believe this mentality is a unique feature that one gains, when one spends a long time outside of Japan.
The international HR industry in Japan have a long way to go to accomplish its objective of satisfiying people who live or work in Japan or any other foreign countires. It would be my great satisfaction if we, Interesse International Inc, could be a part of your resources by providing "work" and "work places" through our placement or temporary staffing services. It would also be our next step to provide "out-sourcing" business such as working from home, for individuals who reside in remote areas where there is no job positions or work places.
I believe it is my duty and challenge to grow our business and assist those individuals who challenge everyday in an inter-cultural environment.
