| Description of Business | INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES (IS) Infrastructure Services have been at the core of PTS' product portfolio since the formation of the Company as a wholly owned subsidiary of a Construction group in 1983. PTS Consulting Japan is well versed in the integration of IT with Construction, engineering and environmental services (including Mechanical & Electrical) , as well as architectural design. Most of our project managers are PMP certified and have the relevant experience to match any project size. Helping to finalise Scheme Designs, integrated Project Programmes and budgets, is second nature to them, as is managing relocation or refurbishment installations. We also have consultancy expertise covering all technology areas and our consultants offer vendor independent strategic and procurement advice to our clients, as well as supporting our Project Management Team; Relocation Services, Datacentres, and Technical Consultancy MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (MC) The PTS Management Consultancy (MC) practice focuses on strategic advisory services for Executive Management of the IT and Corporate Services functions, and management of large scale projects. MC has been formed to address client demand for greater value and effectiveness of IT & Corporate services. The key business drivers are: - Improving cost-effectiveness of IT & Corporate services - Better alignment of internal services with business needs - Improving resiliency and reliability of IT services MC addresses these drivers by expanding on PTS' proven capability to manage large scale IT infrastructure projects, relocations and construction of new facilities, with additional services that utilise best practice techniques and disciplines to process re-engineering, such as ITIL, COBIT or PMI approaches to programme management; Services Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Portfolio and Programme Management (PPM). MANAGED SERVICES (MS) PTS Consulting's Managed Services Practice is designed to relieve clients of the day-to-day problems associated with technology management. Through experience gained over a decade helping clients to strategise and implement the most efficient and robust office environment, PTS is well positioned to further support clients in managing their day-to-day operations. PTS employs best practice solutions (ITIL, COBIT, etc) backed by skilled resources for a wide range of service management; Operational Support Services, Cost Optimisation, and IT Administration.
