| Job Description | • Promotion: Working with the GTA (Global Technical Authority) to define service offerings. Developing white papers and marketing collateral for the local market. Public speaking, events and seminars. Partnership Development. e.g. Systemax, Panduit, Siemon, Corning etc. • Sales: Liaising and supporting sales executives and account managers in pre and post sales activities. Key influencer with clients in the field of infrastructure operations. Preparing proposals and presentation material. Account management for specific accounts. • Operations: Acting as lead consultant on major client assignments. Manage the requirement, specification, planning and implementation of infrastructure technologies. Ensure project scope is maintained. Co-ordinate and co-operate with PTS project managers, clients, vendors and other PTS project staff to achieve project milestones. Working with the GTA in building, coaching and mentoring the delivery team. Ensuring consulting engagements (skills transfer) are scaled to meet ongoing demand. Planning future skills and training requirements. Resource casting in liaison with the operations manager and where appropriate the GTA. Produce clear and concise reports to agreed PTS standards. Ensure project quality in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager and the GTA (technical, business consulting and commercial). |
