| Job Description | • Responsible for satisfactory performance of a team of four members at the client site • Manage own projects and at the same time supervise the progress of project done by other team members • Ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives • Produce reports to the clients management (local and regional) • Conduct regular status meetings with project team members and client-side contacts to review project activities and deliverables • Manage attendance, holiday work, leave of the team members • Vendor management (price and quality). |

| Qualifications | • Prefer 5yrs+ experience in construction related: office remodeling and/or, architecture/engineering and/or facilities management (with project management involvement) • Prefer Engineering Knowledge: office construction (preferably within banks or IT companies) • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and its inter-relation with facilities work is a big plus • Prefer Project management methodology, such as PMP certification Strong interpersonal/communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment • Strong client relationship management skills • Ability to explain technical jargon to non-facilities contacts on the client side • Enough financial skills to manage project budgets, account budget, etc. • Knowledge on how manage vendors (construction, mechanical & electrical, HVAC, furniture, moving, architectural, etc) for the projects • Persuasive and tactful negotiation skills are a big plus |
