| Job Description | Position Summary Eire Systems, a leading IT and Project Management Consulting firm, is looking for a DBA & middleware engineer to work in the financial industry. This is a wide-ranging position, with many opportunities for for learning new technology (ie: IBM UDB), and for interacting with many different IT groups within financial securities institutions. Candidates should be creative thinkers who enjoy developing new solutions. Location/Environment: The candidate will work in the Tokyo region. | Qualifications | Skill Sets: - Applicants should have strong Sybase, IBM UDB or MS SQL DBA experience including replication. TIBCO middleware knowledge is also a advantage. - Strong communication and people skills required from both a business and technical perspective. - Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and to complete work on schedule essential. - Good knowledge of financial securities environments an advantage. |
