| Job Description | M.A.C コーディネーター （Move Add Change コーディネーター） デイリー タスク： プロジェクトマネージャー、ユーザー、ベンダー及びコンストラクションチームと共にムーブミーティングへの参加 ＩＴまた、ビジネスユーザーとＩＴ機器に関するムーブ課題の決定及び解決 ＩＴ機器インベントリー、ネットワーク接続情報収集用のサイトサーベイ ムーブコーディネーター インベントリーの再チェック、またケーブリングベンダー用パッチリクエスト準備 小規模プロジェクト、ムーブITイクイップメント 大規模ムーブ用、ITイクイップメント 断・再接続用エンジニアのアレンジ・管理 ムーブ後PC/Unix プロブレムのトラブルシュート、また必要であればITサポートへの連絡 インヴォイスが適切に処理されているかの確認 ムーブ手順の管理 イクイップメントのみのムーブ業務に対する総合ムーブコーディネーター 手順の作成、新イクイップメント投入用ITチームとのコーディネートヘルプ 望ましいスキル： ムーブ・アド・チェンジ（ＭＡＣ）の経験 PCトラブルシュートへの深い理解、テクニカルバックグラウンド 勤務時間： 平日10:00 から18:00 プロジェクトムーブは夜間・週末・早朝勤務が要求される。（代休はあります。） Daily Tasks • Attend move meetings with project manager, users, vendors and construction team. • Determine and resolve any move issues regarding IT equipment with business users and IT. • Take site surveys to collect IT equipment inventories and network connection information. • Double-check move coordinator inventory and prepare patch requests for cabling vendors. • For small projects, move IT equipment. • For large moves, arrange and manage engineers for disconnection and reconnection of IT equipment. • Troubleshoot PC/Unix problems after moves, or contact IT support if necessary. • Ensure invoices are correctly processed • Maintain move procedures. • Act as overall Move Coordinator for equipment-only moves. • Create procedures and help coordinate with other IT teams for deployments new equipment. Native level Japanese communication is required. Preferred Skills • Previous moves, adds and changes (MAC) experience • Technical background with good understanding of PC troubleshooting. Working hours • 10:00 to 18:00 weekdays. • Project moves will require evening work, weekend work, and post move morning support. Compensatory holidays are generally available dependant on workload. |
