| Job Description | Consultants at JAC Recruitment will be responsible for all facets of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to identifying, winning and developing key accounts based on sales calls, client visits, referrals and networking. JAC Recruiting consultants provide excellent customer satisfaction and are not afraid to provide out-of-the-box solutions in order to solve client's hiring solutions. The role of the Recruitment Consultants is both client and candidate facing. □Key responsibilities when working with clients: * Developing key accounts based on sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking * Providing solutions for the clients recruitment plan □Key responsibilities when working with candidates: * Interview candidates to understand their work experience and skill set in depth in order to bring out their potential * Provide information regarding the job market as well as suitable roles to the candidate |
