| Job Description | Business Process Manager will design and implement IT strategies and services that enables not only Japan but also APAC region to achieve their business goals and expand healthcare businesses across the region. | Qualifications | * Absolute fluency in both Japanese and English is required to be successful in this position. *Broad experience on IT business processes and operations and their interrelationships covering Finance, Demand, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. *Deep knowledge of IT covering Infrastructure and Business Applications (especially on Finance, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, etc systems) *Experience in business process management and its improvement to solve business problems and enablement of business opportunities *Experience in managing programmes and multiple projects , and being able to drive changes within the organization * Medical / pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer or Retails industry background would be highly preferable * Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to influence at senior IT and business levels |
