| Qualifications | Candidates must have at least 15 years in Finance and strong experience managing the whole finance function within a foreign multinational company. Candidates who have experience in the no 2 position within a finance function may be considered provided that they have experience managing a team of at least 5 people over at least 5 years and have a good track record in process improvement and business planning. Candidates with CPA qualification will be given preference. Candidates must have fluent capability in both Japanese and English. | |
