| Job Description | The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing systems support to Japan’s Informational site, e-Commerce, CRM and its associated systems such as Customer Database, Name capture, Customer Look up, E-mail distribution system, Contents Management systems and these reports etc. The person in this position will have overall responsibility on all of system activities, including day to day system support, system modification to meet the business needs as well as supporting new strategic initiatives from planning analysis & phase. Key Responsibilities are: *Partner with the Business (esp. Marketing) to understand and prioritize system needs, and translate business requirements into system solutions. This would include requirements on Informational site, e-Commerce, various web applications and related back end system interfaces. *Manage the day to day IS support activities for the Marketing. The Hands-on activities are required as a back up of members who are reporting to. *Manage the imlementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle leveraging both internal and external resources. Responsibilities include: Developing the functional and technical design, configuring systems, providing guidance to programmers, system testing, coordinating user testing and support implementation. *Plan, manage and implement various projects in the Marketing area. Those include, but not limited to, developing and maintaining the project plan, scope, budget and schedule. *Supervise and develop IS analysts responsible for various system’s area. | Qualifications | *Absolute fluency in Japanese, ability to write complex Documents in Japanese *Minimum 10 years experience in a combination of systems implementations and system operation supports *Experiences and in-depth knowledge of marketing activities such as PR, Promotion/Campaign, Web marketing, CRM Planning and its execution as well as its process *Solid experiences on the Web, eCommerce and CRM (incl.
