| Job Description | You will function in a middle management capacity responsible for the delivery of both Help Desk and End User services supporting internal employees throughout Japan. The actual support organizations may be outsourced to third party vendors or a combination of internal and external resources. Specific skills with respect to managing all aspects of the End User desktop support and PC fulfillment processes are essential. These include, but are not limited to: -Operations Expertise (specifically PC based support). -Desktop Support Supervisory Experience. -Project Management Experience. -Budget Development and Financial Experience -Strong Technical Skills What's on offer: This position will have significant visibility within the organization and will function as part of cohesive team that will deliver a full spectrum of IT services.
