| Job Description | The Service Desk will act as the single point of contact for all user requests, inquiries and issues. Scope of responsibilities for First Line Support personnel will be as below: - Assisting users for desktops, printers, IP phones related issues and general IT related inquiries/issues. - Escalation to 2nd Line IT, Facilities & Corporate Services Support teams when necessary for problem resolution and requests. - End to end issues status tracking and logging of all user inquiries on Incident Management & Service Request database from user calls to problem closure. |
