| Qualifications | Desired Attributes:（望まれる要件） Experience machining aluminum（アルミニウムをCNCマシニングセンターで取り扱った経験） Experience polishing and maintaining aluminum injection molds（アルミの射出成形金型を磨いて保守をした経験） Able to do analysis (quote creation using Client’s PMQ software) and design of the molds (creating CNC toolpaths using our PMD software). Proficiency with a 3D CAD package such as SolidWorks would be a good indicator of this ability.（金型を分析（弊社のPMQソフトを使用して見積もり作成）し設計（弊社のPMDソフトウエアを使用してCNCツールパスを作成する）する能力。SolidWorksなどの3D CADパッケージを使いこなせればこの能力がある一つの証明になる） Able to use SolidWorks or other CAD or CAM package to design quick work-arounds for unexpected problems that come up or to repair unexpected damage to molds or fixtures.（SolidWorksやその他のCADまたはCADパッケージを使って予期せぬ問題に対する次善策を考える能力、または、金型やフィクスチャーの予期せぬダメージを修復する能力） Client recommends a person who is an experienced tool maker who has the ability to really understand fit, accuracy and the limits of the tool. This will be someone who can do much more than we will ever ask of them regularly but has this knowledge in the background for when things go poorly. If the person is a good mold maker they will also be able to offer very valuable gate and ejector and shrink advice as well as being a good support engineer when dealing with customers.
