| Job Description | Work together with Client US Sales and Marketing functions to implement overall Sales and Marketing strategic direction on a country basis. Provide leadership and coordination of country sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement country sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. Primary Responsibilities 1. Direct and coordinate country sales and marketing functions. 2. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. 3. Direct and oversee the country marketing function to identify and develop new customers. 4. Research and develop marketing strategies and sales plans, and execute effective campaigns utilizing direct mail, sales support materials, advertising, media buying and placement, internet advertising and SEO, e-communications and public relations as appropriate. 5. Quotes. 6. B2B remote selling and/or direct marketing within B2B environment. 7. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. 8. Develop and manage sales territories, compensation programs, quotas, and sales performance metrics, creating a culture of accountability for achieving sales results. 9. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. 10. Plan and coordinate public affairs and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. 11. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. 12. Participate in the development of new prospective customer proposals. 13. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 14. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials. 15. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. 16. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs. 17. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. 18. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. 19. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff. 20. Other duties as assigned. |

| Qualifications | Knowledge and Skill Requirements 1. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, direct mail, e-communications, internet and successful public relations efforts. 2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. 3. B2B remote selling and/or direct marketing within B2B environment. 4. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a BA or BS in Marketing and ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position. |
