| Job Description | Be a Window to the World - 世界の窓口になろう An account manager in a progress foreign business services company LINC Media Inc. has been helping foreign companies enter and succeed in the Japanese market for over 10 years. Our BACK OFFICE division provides all the administration, HR, Accounting, compliance, and other services needed for a company new to Japan to just focus on sales and support. Our clients come from all over the world and every company has some unique and exciting aspect – which makes this a very interesting job. This position is an ideal chance for someone with strong English-Japanese bilingual skills and an interest in learning how companies are made and operated, to interface with foreign managers from all over the world. This is not a sales position and since clients are introduced to the company by agents, or found by the CEO and other senior managers, there is no cold-calling involved. Instead, the person will be assigned to the accounts and will meet those accounts with the CEO and other managers. The job will involve listening to client needs, understanding them and talking with the various departments providing the services, then quoting and project managing the delivery of those services to each client. In the ensuing years, the company grew into a full-fledged media firm with an English-language business magazine, recruiting service and bilingual technical support service. The sysytem integration division of LINC Media, BiOS provides multilingual technical consulting, integration, and support services all along the IT Spectrum. The business consultation division of LINC Media offers service such as market research, PR, office setup, recruiting, etc., as well as providing information and responding to enquiries from clients regarding the Japanese market. |

| Qualifications | The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business, and in meeting people, and yet be able to pay attention to detail and keep deadlines. No specific prior experience required, although a background in either account management, office administration or accounting, or general project management would be helpful. ビジネスの立ち上げや、様々な国のビジネスパーソンと会うことに強い興味を持ち、細かい心配りができ、またスケジュール管理ができる人物に適任な業務です。前歴不問。ただし、アカウントマネージャー、会社総務もしくは経理、または一般的なプロジェクトマネージャーの経験がある人物が好ましい。 |
