Job Description EIRE Systems is a leading independent provider of professional IT services to the financial, insurance and multinational sectors in Japan and throughout the Asia-Pacific region. To support our continuous growth we are looking to hire a progressive Sales / Business Development Manager to ensure this upward trend continues. In this critical role the candidate will be responsible for developing EIRE’s business in Japan.

In addition to building existing and new client relationships, the scope of the role includes ongoing branding and marketing to enhance EIRE’s image and developing the EIRE brand through advertising and other strategies developed with EIRE’s management.

(Job Description)

The Sales / Business Development Manager will be tasked with:

• Identifying EIRE’s existing and potential clients’ current and future project needs and IT consulting/support opportunities
• Working with customers to develop solutions to fit specific needs, and improving and modifying current solutions/sales strategy to increase market penetration
• Preparing and executing action plans to secure sales
• Arranging and coordinating presentations, demonstrations and seminars to educate the user community and develop sales.
• Improving and developing marketing / sales materials and advertising strategies.
• Developing long-term marketing plans based on competitive analysis and technical trends.
• Working with the EIRE Sales Team, maintain a Tracking Report or “Pipeline”, which will be used to track the various stages of all sales cycles.

• An influential professional, comfortable communicating with IT infrastructure personnel
• Proven ability to work and partner with senior business and IT executives.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize and act on the need for urgency
