| Qualifications | * More than 5 years experience of IT management. * Experience in People management – manage technical and none technical staffs. * Experience in IT plan development and execution – IT system planning and budget & expense management and vendor management * Working experience with Global IT management, country general manager and business leaders in business areas to provide appropriate IT solution to each business strategy * More than 5 years experience of Large scale Project management, including ERP package implementation * High Level Business Application System Design Skills * Knowledge to manage IT Infrastructure : Networking, operation software, hardware * Knowledge to manage IT internal controls such as change management, security control, privacy protection, etc. * Basic knowledge of Direct Selling industry or Consumer Goods industry * Presentation Skills |
