Job Description An opening for a junior level IT Systems support engineer with a well known international bank, ideal for somebody with desktop support, helpdesk, and/or voice system experience.

IT Support Engineer

• Support and assist IT Staff in an efficient & effective manner
o Prepare Request Forms
o Prepare Draft documents
o Administration
o Basic user and vendor arrangement

• IT Helpdesk
o Investigate and fix Desktop issues which doesn’t need IT Second line support.
o Forward the issue to Second line support if necessary and chase status.
o Advise to OA(MS Office, Lotus Notes) software questions from users.
o Receive Hardware setup request / software installation request from users and forward to Second line team.
o Record Helpdesk incidents to local Helpdesk DB.

• IMAC including Voice, Network and Market Data support
o Install, maintain & support network equipment according to Group standards and best practice

 Cabling.
 Dealer board & Market Data

• IT Operation
o Perform regular operation precisely in line with the manual
o Prepare Draft Operation Manual

Working Hours Includes shift work, (7:30 - 16:30) / (10:30 - 19:30).
Qualifications • Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements
o Basic knowledge of PC hardware, OA software, and Network
o English communication skill to non Japanese staff

This position requires business level competency in both English and Japanese.
