Job Description IT Management
Define the IT strategy of the Company in terms of systems and technology in order to address business needs, technical or regulatory risks.
Follow up of SAS 70, Internal Audits or Fitch recommendations
Coordination and partnering with global IT teams mainly from the head office, but also other location.
Supervise the writing and application of IT Procedures / IT Manual / Security Policy.
Follow up incident and IT risks in general
Negotiation of contracts

Application Dev. and Support
Management/follow up of projects and maintenance actions made by the IT team members
Definition of development standards
Follow up of IT operations

IT administration
Monthly invoice checking
IT Budget follow up

Team Management
Staff mentoring, staff Evaluation, definition of training program, recruitment
Organization of internal department meeting

Project Management
Some level of direct involvement in some IT strategic projects

Qualifications Required Skills
15 years in IT with a focus on IT in financial institutions and projects. At least. 10 years of project and team management experience.
Strong management and leadership skills
Excellent communication with the ability to synthesize information for top management and to network with the various heads of departments in the company.
Fluent English. Fluent Japanese, including reading and email writing skills.
Strong understanding of at least 2 of the following domains:
Investment (benchmarks, company financials)
Portfolio management, fund accounting
Order flow & settlement, Straight Through Processing
Performance measurement
Well organized with an effective time management capacity and attention to detail


English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary Depends on experience
