| Job Description | * Monitor clinical trials and studies within the guidelines set by the company policies and applicable laws. * Assist with investigator selection, complete the Pre-Study Visit Form and forward the completed document to the relevant regional offices. * Drive site enrollment through the identification and implementation of approved incentives and programs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with primary investigators and research staff at each clinical site. * Collect and maintain study documentation, provide source, and source data verification (SDV). * Identify and communicate clinical trials ideas and feedback by working closely with primary investigators and research staff at each clinical site. * Participate in site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits and study close-out visits, as required by the company's policies and Good Clinical Practice. * Complete all required clinical trial monitor visit forms and forward to the related department in a timely manner. * Forward feedback and/or identify problems at the clinical site and communicate any issues to the related department. * Assist with maintenance of updated information such as trial enrollment, research product inventory and clinical site contact information. * Collect and review regulatory application data used in the APEC and Japan. * Prepare and submit all necessary activity reports as directed by the related department. |

| Qualifications | * Experience with either clinical trials for medical device, CRC (Clinical Research Coordinator) or CRA (Clinical Research Associate). Experience in pharmaceutical fields is to be considered. * Gastroenterology related field a plus. * Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Organization and time management skills * Experience in working in an international environment, as part of a corporate team. * Travel to visit clinical sites across the region will be required as needed |
