| Job Description | * To build and enhance the business and brand image of a high-end luxury brand. * Enhance the company's marketing capability by bringing in a more systematic and analytical approach to the function and developing a team of professionals who have strong product knowledge. * Provide leadership in establishing and driving the overall marketing function * Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies including merchandising, sales promotions, and advertising to project and convey the brand image of a luxury life style brand. * Manage the merchandising function by analyzing and identifying new trends, proposing ideas for new products, coordinating with the head office for product introductions, etc. * Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the internal team, global colleagues, key external partners, and customers through strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on market-oriented approach. |
