| Qualifications | - 3+ years experience in applications development/business analysis - Good communications skills (verbal and written) - need to be able to effectively communicate with clients, systems developers, and data providers - Good analytical skills with the ability to identify and document requirements - Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills - Ability to manage vendors - Understanding of relational database principles and basic SQL desirable - Understanding of Web applications development; MS .NET desirable |
