Job Description * Lead and ,manage existing partners throughout the sales cycle.
* Build and grow PM&E and Supply Chain business using partner’s services capability.
* Set clear functional job split mechanism between partner and the comapny, including marketing, seminars, sales cycle management, SMS and PS.

Qualifications * More than 7 years of business experience in hydrocarbon industry.
* Consulting or Solution Sales experience.
* Negotiation and Documentation Skill.
* Knowledge of general IT technology and IT Project Management skill.
* Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business is necessary. Should have experience in Strategy, Manufacturing or Sales execution or consulting.
* Domain knowledge of petrochemical, oil & gas industries
* A proven track record of consistent quota attainment or overachievement
* Successful solution selling to major oil & gas or petrochemical firms and senior levels
* Management of cross team relationship within the company, i.e., Product Marketing, Business Consultant, Project Services and CS&T.
* Ability to make/ experience in making Cold Calls to client.
* Hands on Person.
