| Qualifications | * More than 7 years of business experience in hydrocarbon industry. * Consulting or Solution Sales experience. * Negotiation and Documentation Skill. * Knowledge of general IT technology and IT Project Management skill. * Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business is necessary. Should have experience in Strategy, Manufacturing or Sales execution or consulting. * Domain knowledge of petrochemical, oil & gas industries * A proven track record of consistent quota attainment or overachievement * Successful solution selling to major oil & gas or petrochemical firms and senior levels * Management of cross team relationship within the company, i.e., Product Marketing, Business Consultant, Project Services and CS&T. * Ability to make/ experience in making Cold Calls to client. * Hands on Person. |
