| Job Description | 1.Monitor the progress and settlement of all equity trades associated with the trading and sales desks and resolve any issues that may arise in the settlement process. 2.Capturing & Reconciling transactions 3.Providing efficient support to Sales / Sales Trader 4.Client service such as settlement inquiry on JPY equity transactions 5.Communicating with internal & external clients and offshore affiliate counterparties 6.Participate in Projects 7.Ensure smooth integration of new client business by setting up new trading accounts and sub accounts when required. 8.Reconciles transactions with various internal systems as well as external counterparties. 9.Supports the trading desk in their position management by thorough investigation of any discrepancies in firm positions and reconciliation. 10.Leverage the ability to see all elements of the trade lifecycle to aid internal communication within the firm by acting as liaison between Front Office, Operations, Controlling and IT. 11.Accuracy is significant to lead to client satisfaction. |

| Qualifications | 1.JSDA license holder 2.A least experience in Equity business (MO, Ops or Sales Assistant) 3.Experience in Equity Derivative products is ideal 4.Bilingual E/J language skills (Reading & Writing) 5.Time management skills |
