| Job Description | A leading Global Hedge Fund is searching a Native level Japanese speaker with Fluent English communication skills who is highly presentable, reliable, can interface with a wide range of customers and run successful End User Technical Support. Helpdesk / End-user support - To respond to staff issues related to the proper function of their PCs. - To provide all tiers of support, from telephone to remote access to desk-side. - To respond to critical events (PC or LAN failure) on an on-call basis. - Support Regional Offices & Branches PC Hardware maintenance - Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of PC equipments including desktop and notebook computers, monitors, printers, firewall, switches, etc. System administration - Daily maintenance and upkeep associated with the LAN. This includes cabling, NIC, and switches. - Responsible for maintaining user accounts, groups, security, and access privileges. Hardware and Software Installation - Responsible for the proper installation and configuration of all PC hardware and software. IT Administration - Responsible for management of all software licenses for the installed base of applications. - System Documentation - Computer equipment inventory |

| Qualifications | - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Holder of MCSE preferred - Minimum 3 years experience as a helpdesk / end-user support or System Administrator - In depth knowledge of Windows platform and LAN networking environment. - Experience in Exchange Server, BlackBerry Server (BES), backup solution, firewall, and anti-virus solution is an advantage. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to read and interpret technical documents, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team - Experience in Multinational Companies is highly preferred - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese - Willing to working overtime and travel when required |
