| Job Description | A company that distribute consumer products world wide is seeking an IT Manager for their Tokyo Office. •Manage the IT department (human / system resource management) •Regularly communicate with US development / business analyst team in English verbally and written •Manage Projects (Communication with the corporate branch, tracking the progress and detect the failing component of the project) •Analyze the business / work flow •Analyze the weakness of the system and communicate with the engineer •Being able to execute the routine data check procedures •Plan and conduct system testing for software upgrade •Track issues escalated to US and from collogues in the Japanese branch •Report the required corrective actions to data (entry) support, logistics, accounting, customer service and order line team managers / supervisors •Troubleshoot general computing issue related to office application software (Windows OS, MS Office applications) and hardware (IA architecture computers and their peripherals) •Participate system improvement projects or cost reduction projects |

| Qualifications | •Experiences at least three years of the project management •Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL database and transact system query language •Being able to express, explain and transfer the ideas in technical terms and in written and verbal English •Adaptive to changing work flow •Being able to work in the early morning occasionally •1+ years of MSSQL database administration •College degree in computer related field or equivalent •Some knowledge about HTTP and HTTPS protocols •Some knowledge about HTML authoring •Some knowledge related to web Technology such as DHTML and Ajax |
