| Job Description | (English flollows) --新規開設オフィスおよび既存オフィスにおけるシスコ製ルーター・スイッチの設定および管理 --シスコ Unified Communications （ＩＰ電話システム） の管理とトラブルシューティング --Windows2000/2003環境におけるサーバ管理・運用 --Active Directory / Exchange の管理・運用 --顧客ネットワークのリモートサポート --サービス、ハードウェアなどを提供する各種ベンダーとのやり取り --社内ＩＴへのトレーニング --Cisco router / switch configuration on new and existing floors --Cisco Unified communications (IP telephony system) administration and troubleshooting --Server maintenance and upgrades – Windows 2000/2003 environment --Active Directory / Exchange administration --Remote support for client network --Networking with hardware and service providers --IT Training of corporate IT team |

| Qualifications | (English flollows) <必須スキル・経験> --1年から2年程度のシスコ製ルーター・スイッチの管理経験（もしくはそれに準ずる資格・教育） --もしくは、1年から2年程度のWindows XP/ Windows Server の設定・トラブルシューティングの経験（もしくはそれに準ずる資格・教育） --ビジネスレベルの英語力 (TOEIC 765～目安) --国際色豊かなオフィス環境で働く事を楽しめる、チームプレイヤー --最低限の指示・監督のみで独立して仕事を進められる自立性 <望ましいスキル・経験> CCNAを保有する候補者は優遇 日本語のネイティブレベルスピーカー、もしくはそれに準ずる日本語力 カスタマーサポートの経験 卓越した問題解決の能力、および論理的思考 <Ideal Candidate would be;> --Eager to learn Cisco VOIP Technology! --1 to 2 years of Cisco Router / switch experience (or equivalent education) --OR, 1 to 2 years of Windows / Windows server installation / troubleshooting experience (or equivalent education) --Team player who enjoys working in an international working environment --Business level English speaker --Ability to work with minimum supervision <Preferred> CCNA certified candidates will be given priority Japanese native level speaker preferred Customer support experience is a plus Comprehensive problem solving skills |
