| Job Description | ・Providing all aspects of administrative support to Japan Market Leader, such as project administration on Oracle system, coordination of external/internal meetings, telephone/email interaction with clients and other end-market offices, scheduling, travel arrangements, etc. ・Providing support for marketing activities such as coordinating client seminars and marketing materials lead by the Market leader. ・Providing leadership and direction to Professional Resource Group staff members in all Professional Resource Group support tasks. ・Workflow coordination and supervision to help meet client deadlines by balancing and reallocating workloads, decision making and prioritizing work with consultants and the Professional Resource Group team. ・Support Country Administrator in performance management, staff assignments, quality processes and competency development for Professional Resource Group team members. ・Support Country Administrator in decisions involving. administrative projects and their support requirements ・Ensuring that commitment to quality standards is maintained within our corporate guidelines and standards. |

| Qualifications | ・7+ years experience of administrative assistant support role in both Japanese and foreign companies. ・3+ years experience of supervising, coaching or training administrative personnel. ・Proven ability to develop strong partnerships, build trust and create own internal network. ・Proven experience in a leadership role within an administrative support environment. ・Organized, able to set priorities, able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to work under pressure. ・Discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. ・Proactive customer service orientation . ・Understanding of the dynamics and environment of a professional services firm. ・Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. ・Analytical thinking and creativity in problem solving, openness to feedback. ・Technical proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |
