| Job Description | · Supporting Associates and VPs · Be part of teams originating and executing corporate finance opportunities · Assist in preparation of presentations for both client and internal meetings. · Assist in developing pitch books for high-level client meetings. · Highly numerate, strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch. · Attend internal and external meetings · Prepare and maintain database on GCC capital market activities and M&A transactions · Industry, sector, product research. · Assist in all stages of transaction development and execution. · Take initiative and responsibility for achieving tasks |
