| Job Description | This firm specialises in the acquisition and management of a diverse range of products including distressed real estate and loan portfolios, corporate loans, and various operating companies. The successful applicant will interact closely with the asset management teams, as well as other support divisions within the company (Controllers, Tax, Legal), and various external counterparties (tax/ legal advisors, auditors, joint venture partners, etc). The Portfolio Management team assists in deal closings, fundings and the structuring of transactions. The team also ensures that the structures are appropriately managed and controlled once they become operational. Responsibilities: - Resource to assist in the structuring and closing of transactions - Coordinate communication between various groups within the firm’s Accounting, Tax, Operations, etc. - Interface with external parties as necessary - Maintain and review management reports - Various administrative responsibilities including cash management, fee billings, and management reporting - Coordinating reporting and other ad hoc requests |
