Job Description A top tier Investment bank seeks a user support engineer for the Tokyo office.


Responsibilities:
• Provide first line desktop support to users via phone, remote support application, email, or in person.

• Liaise between the business and the second level infrastructure support or development teams.

• Liaise with vendors for vendor specific applications if necessary.

12:00am - 8:00pm
Qualifications Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant technology experience in the Financial sector

• Extensive experience in Windows XP, Office Suite, Microsoft Active Directory and remote supporting tools. Proficiency also required in Microsoft administration tools and Remedy.

• Fast-paced team player with challenge spirit and analytical skill

• Communication Skill
