Basic Duties:
- IT Service Desk Operations
- Help Desk/User Support
- Desktop PC Support
- PC Installation, MAC, Maintenance
- Other equipment setup, maintenance and support
- Asset management
- Vendor liaison
Company Info Dynamic multinational IT company located in the Roppongi Hills area. Japanese and English are used on a daily basis. Although this particular role is supporting a global law firm in Tokyo, there are many other positions available in our team of technical support throughout Asia. Qualifications Any of the below skills are desirable bu not required.

- MCP-Windows XP/MCDST
- User Support – Help desk and desk-side- Help desk operations - Incident management & reporting
- Basic networking
- Basic server administration
- Associate – 2-3years
