| Job Description | - Seeking a Java developer to join the Asia technology team. - Successful candidate will be co-located in a fast paced and challenging environment. - Development and support of applications related to the Asset Management Business in Asia. - Working with the local IT team on local and global projects. - Supporting the users in production environment and UAT after the completion of development. - Communication with business users for day to day and project specific support. - Need to have strong hands-on RAD (Rapid application development) and problem solving abilities. - The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with a drive for success and a discipline to meet project deadlines under pressure. - This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the Asia technology team - This role offers excellent career advancement, competitive package as well as comprehensive training. |

| Qualifications | Qualification: University degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent from a reputed University Technical Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Java SE/ Java EE/ JSP/ JSF/ Hibernate - 3+ years of experience on database technologies (preferably Sybase) - 3+ years of proven experience developing Java applications with exposure to automated build and test environment - 2+ years of experience in deploying applications on Unix/Linux - Communication in both Japanese and English - Self-starter, quick learner and team player Professional Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in commercial software development - Experience in batch scripting and scheduling - Knowledge of messaging technologies - Excellent problem solving & communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to systems problems |
