Job Description * Executive Support.
* End user support (desktop environment), Trouble shooting.
* Install new desktop/laptop PC physically and software include creating the master image.
* Write and maintain the manuals of Implemented systems.
* Maintain the version and patches of OS and various soft wares.
* Assist in defining plans and estimates for systems hardware/software implementation.
* Evaluation of new technologies (hardware/software), and their implementations.
* Business Contingency Planning.
* Documentation of Procedures and Systems Delivery Methodology.
* Vendor relationship management.
* Leading system project.

Qualifications * More than 3 years experience in Windows desktop administration.
* More than 3 years in financial area.
* Familiarity with Windows Server.
* Familiarity with Exchange Server.
* Familiarity with PC network (AD, DNS, WINS)
* Self motivated, and be able to manage goals and deliverables.
* Good Analytical, Problem solving and Documentation skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
