| Job Description | We are actively searching for a skilled and highly experienced Networking professional to take a challenging contract with one of the largest financial institutions in the world. The regional Core Infrastructure Network Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing Network solutions based on business requirements and/or global designs. The Core Infrastructure Integration Team engineer will ensure that systems are in compliance with our client’s standards and satisfy all requirements (e.g. Information Security, Operational, Compliance) for handover. Position Responsibilities ・ Responsible for testing and implementation of potential Network system and associated products throughout the Japan region. Efficiency, strength, and security of systems developed by Engineering directly impact the client’s ability to compete in the marketplace, and in determining the effectiveness of the client’s ability gain and retain vital customers. ・ Develop an in depth understanding of Network technology products throughout the Japan region with the view to applying appropriately approved and certified technologies within the client’s environments. ・ Participate from a technical perspective in the development of RFP/RFI processes for solution proposals. ・ Documentation of regional Integration team functions and processes. ・ Installation, Maintenance and Administration of enterprise Network environment. ・ The position requires supervising weekend network activities from. This is a challenging opportunity for someone looking to get their teeth in to the financial sector and possibly make a step in to this sector via contract work. This is a 9 month contract |

| Qualifications | Required Skill and Abilities ・ English Communication ・ PC Skills (Word, EXCEL, Power Point, Others Visio) ・ Financial knowledge: Capital/Expense/Recurring cost analysis during the project cycle Required Licenses ・ CCIE equivalent Desired Level ・ Education: Colleague / University ・ Work Experience: 5 yrs above Other ・ Minimum of 7 - 10 years IT network experience in infrastructure administration, installation and design role. ・ In depth knowledge on Core/Distribution/Access LAN connectivity with Cisco Catalyst switching family. ・ Hands-on experience with designing, configuring and troubleshooting complex network environment with multiple routing protocols and routed protocols. ・ Experience with IP telephony is preferred. ・ Installation, Maintenance and Administration of enterprise Network environment. ・ Understanding on Japan telecom market to provision various type of data/voice circuits to meet customer need Language Requirements: Only applications from candidates with AT LEAST business level Japanese and English language ability will be considered. In addition, you must already hold a valid visa giving you permission to work normally in Japan. |
