| Job Description | 社内 IT アプリケーションサポート - ERP System （基幹システム）の管理、サポート - EDI (電子商取引）の導入、管理、サポート - デスクトップサポート - Based in Japan (Tokyo) to support Oracle, B2B applications (Rosettanet, WebDI), and other internal/external applications. - Involved in communication, setups and development of projects related to B2B, EDI, and other applications. - Provide support to Asia Pacific distributors for POS and Inventory reporting, electronic purchase orders, Rosettanet, etc. - Support Seagate customers for maintenance, on-boarding and new engagements in business electronically. - Research, track and understand new web technologies - Support Japan with JIT Hub implementations, enhancements, and maintenance. - Interface with Asia Pacific sales team to ensure customer issues are followed up and resolved - Act as a secondary Infrastructure role - Lotus Notes, Telecom, Desktop and Network. |

| Qualifications | ERP (Oracle), EDIに関する深い知識および管理・サポート経験のある方歓迎 英語、日本語によるコミュニケーション能力必須 - Two or more years of experience in IT B2B, web applications, ERP and support - Good communication skills both in Japanese and English to work with IT project Managers, eDeployment leads and end users/customers (both internal and external) and other IT teams in EMEA and USA. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance - Experienced with troubleshooting and nimble in response to changing needs - Experienced with Unix, SQL, Java, Patterns, XML, XSLT, XSD, HTML, JavaScript, database interactions and UML data modeling tools a strong plus - Service oriented positive attitude and passionately drive for customer success - Bachelor degree or equivalent in a IT field or relevant IT training and experience |
