To support our continuous growth we are looking to hire a progressive Sales and Accounts Manager to ensure this upward trend continues while maintaining the high quality of our service. In this critical role the candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, while ensuring the on-going satisfaction of a demanding customer-base. What we’re looking for: • Technical sales experience in a high-volume environment and/or knowledge of the business operations of the recruiting/outsourcing services industry • An influential professional, comfortable communicating with infrastructure personnel (especially network and systems engineers and project managers) • Proven ability to work with and partner with senior business and IT executives. • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • Demonstrated ability to recognize and act on the need for urgency Sales accountabilities include: • Generating and following up prospective sales leads, managing the sales cycle through to closure • Meeting new clients to identify new sales opportunities and define customer requirements • Preparing and presenting proposals for new business to prospective customers and to EIRE Senior Management • Developing and maintaining a sales tracking report, which will be used to track each stage of the sales cycle for all new, on-going and future opportunities Account Management accountabilities include: • Maintaining relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities and define new and on-going requirements and identify new sales leads. • Maintain on-going accounts through regular communication with employees and by building relationships throughout EIRE Systems – escalating employee relations issues and any other issues to Human Resources and/or Senior Management as deemed appropriate. To effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this role the Sales and Accounts Manager will: • Work closely with Marketing teams to develop understanding of market trends and customer purchase patterns, prepare details for costing, quotations and proposals, generate ideas for new sales leads and refine sales/marketing materials. • Work closely with Recruitment teams to define recruitment requirements based on client needs and assist in identifying suitable candidates. • Communicate fully with Human Resources and Accounts teams for generation of new and renewal employment contracts and service agreements terms and conditions. • Must be able to work independently, demonstrating strong time management, follow-through and organizational skills |
