Undertake Customer Call Backs on an ongoing basis mainly to validate key aspects of the sales process by contacting clients directly to monitor satisfaction. 3. Prepare learning points from completed checks for Relationship Manager development purposes 4. Provision of advice and guidance to Relationship Managers on sales quality matters 5. Be the main point of contact with Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers |
