Job Description 1. Mail to contract customers of support for enterprise client protection software products and quarantine network system products / backline support for telephone
2. Build verification environment to demonstrate problems of the products above
3. Escalation to overseas development bases
4. Create knowledge base documents
5. Manage support partners and technical support

Qualifications 1. A couple of working experience in any of the followings is desirable:
- Manage database
- Design, build, maintain, and operate company’s information system
- Design, build, maintain, and operate network infrastructure
- Windows/UNIX
- Manage servers and handle log file by script language
2. General knowledge in network and security is desirable.
- Application protocol such as DNS/http/SMTP etc.
- Layer2 protocol, directory service, etc. such as VLAN/ 802.1x/link intensive
3. Be able to read product manuals and technical documents in English. English skills to coordinate with English speaking engineers
4. Corporate customer support experience is desirable
