Strong knowledge in retail-IT such as POS (point-of-sales), EOS (electric ordering system), and sales analysis. Experience in system implementation will be essential. Management experience in building up efficient retail logistics with IT and Logistics specialist. Has good English language skills PC skill, leadership, labor management, communication skill is mandatory. Understand the young, teens, hip & cool fashion market and 3-S (surf, snowboard, skateboard) culture. |
