| Job Description | * Participates in short-term business planning sessions. * Conducts cost benefit analysis for business / IT solutions. * Participates or provides leadership as IT lead in the scooping, requirements gathering, and high and low level designing phases of assigned projects and system requests. * Manages and realizes the application of system analysis, testing tool, and project methodologies. * Maintains production system on daily basis. Implements and manages system service levels. * Serves as a liaison between IT department and clients for system and business process improvement. * Develops good relationships with clients. * Offers technical advices to users for business processes. |

| Qualifications | * Working experience at the IT department of Financial Service. * Management Skill. * Knowledge of insurance and social welfare business (Fixed and non-fixed interest) is preferable. * Basic IT knowledge (LAN/WAN, Microsoft products, Open system etc.) * Solution skills for System development/ on hand support, Relation Database design, operation. * Structure analyzing, Object oriented, Work flow, Technical design, System theory, Understanding of latest technology in the industry. * Experience in project/ system request management. * User negotiation/ excellent communication skills. |
