| Job Description | A Global IT Services company that provides operational and infrastructure support exclusively to world leading financial services company is looking for Pre-sales support & Project Scoper with certain level of technical background to create Requirement Specification Documents and assist in organizing pre-sales activities. Scoping . They will be expected to create “Requirement Specification Documents” for Client and in some cases internal projects in close collaboration with a customer representative. . For standard solutions the use of a ‘technical solutions catalog’ maintained by the “Solution Design Authorities” within Technical Services. The proposals will follow the global infrastructure strategy under observation of existing Technical Centre-solutions (avoiding of double work for deployment). . Where non-standard requests are required, the SDA will be responsible to provide advice & guidance to ensure the correct solution is designed for new business requirements. This must be managed within an agreed OLA / timeframe . The Scoper provides the initial assessment of estimations ‘project times and resources’ & the overall requirements. . Verification may be needed if Technical Centre solutions are working together and can be implemented in projects. Pre-sales . Where new technical solutions are required or requested by the client, this role will organize & co-ordinate activities with the SDA’s to review needs, propose & demonstrate solutions leading to formal proposals |

| Qualifications | KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED . Technical expertise on specific skills . Knowledge of the planning and controlling processes within the company. . Professional knowledge of related infrastructure and infrastructure strategy . Professional knowledge of CPM and related Processes . Good understanding of outputs required to ensure delivery of clear documentation . Strong analytical skills . Capacity to create and propose evolution for the tools supporting the process |
