Job Description
· Supporting a data center that operates 24 hours 365 days
· Physical installation and cabling of servers into racks
· Server building/maintaining/troubleshooting in Windows 2k3 environment

Qualifications Candidate Qualities
· Able to install/troubleshoot desktop and/or server hardware in a Windows Environment
· Understand concepts of RAID and TCP/IP
· Familiar with operating with a ticketing system and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Must be able to work in a 24x7 shift environment
· Must be able to provide excellent customer service skills in both telephone and writing
· Able to work in a culturally diverse team environment

English Ability: Business level+ Primary communication method is English

Japanese Level: Conversational
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Daily Conversation Level
Salary Over JPY 4.0M
Other Salary Description Commutation allowance: up to JPY16,000
